In addition to the traditional Find/Replace dialog, XMind Pro provides a “Search Workbooks” tool for advanced searching tasks.Searching contexts that this feature supports include topics, notes, labels, boundary captions and relationship names. You can also choose whether the search terms are case sensitive or not as well as whether to search across all open workbooks or only in the actively editing one. Instead of searching for one result after another, the “Search Workbooks” tool first searches for all matching results and then display them together in a list view. After the search finishes, you can double click on a listed result to see its position in the editor. |

Tips Keyboard Shortcuts For Markers 
Ever wanted to add markers more efficiently? XMind supports combinations of keys from “Ctrl+1” to “Ctrl+6” (Windows) or “Command+1” to “Command+6” (Mac) for adding markers from “Priority 1” to “Priority 6” by default.But we didn't stop just there. Open “Preferences - Keys” and type “marker” in the filter text box, and you'll see a list of “Quick Add Marker (Marker: xxxxxx)” commands. Select one command and type your custom keyboard shortcuts in the “Binding” input box. Click “Apply”, and you're good to go! |
